1.

The conference fee for participating at conference and written materials is 300 EUR. The Auhtors who will present their scientific or expert papers are not obligate to pay the fee. If there is more then one author on one paper, only the first author of paper or one of authors is free of paying the conference fee.

All HDO members with payed annual membership till the date of conference begining have the discount of 20% for paying the conference fee. The conference fee for HDO members is 240 EUR. To realize that right HDO members will be asked to show their HDO ID card or a copy of the invoice for payed HDO membership.

Each participant have to make a reservation for hotel site for him or herself. On the base of hotel Eden offer the accomodation prices are the following:

• accomodation in Double room ; 384,00 HRK (prices per day/person)
• accomodation in Single room; 499,00 HRK (prices per day/person)

Dinner extra 70,00 HRK. During the reservation say that you need dinner

Taxes 5,50 HRK (per day/person) 1 EUR @ 7.299 HRK / 29 th of February 2008

We advice you to check the prices for accomodation and other sevices during the reservation procedure in hotel "Ivan". The prices will be the same for the weekend before the conference. During the reservation say that you are conference participant Održavanje 2008!

An advert in Conference proceedings, 1 page A4 format is 165 EUR. The Proceedings will be printed in 300 copies. For an simple black/white advert it is enough to sent us one sample of printed advert and an softcopy at CD. We will print it and bind it in the Proceedings. For an high quality advert in colour we advice you to send us 300 copies of that material and we will bind it in the Proceedings.

The deadline to receive all materials is 12 st of Mai 2008.

An commercial presentation of your company/products/services in congress romm, 10 minutes with possibility to use standard presentation equipment as a overhead, videoprojector or PC projector (beamer) is 250 EUR .

Presentation as an exhibitor, in the hall in forn of the congress center, which includes 1 conference fee, the table approx. 1m 2 for presented material, power supply 200V/50Hz, and area on the back of table with shield for prospectus is 660 EUR . The priviledge will have the auspices and sponsors, companies who are HDO members. There is a 30 places for exhibition.
