GENERAL INFORMATION :

The conference fee for participating at conference and written materials is 300,00 EUR . The Authors who will present their scientific or expert papers are not obligate to pay the fee. If there is more then one author on one paper, only the first author of paper or one of authors is free of paying the conference fee.

All HDO members with paid annual membership till the date of conference beginning have the discount of 20% for paying the conference fee. The conference fee for HDO members is 240,00 EUR . To realise that right HDO members will be asked to show their HDO ID card or a copy of the invoice for paid HDO membership (The membership is 15,00 EUR ).

Each participant have to make a reservation for hotel site for him or herself. On the base of Solaris Holiday Resort offer the accomodation prices are the following:

accomodation in Double room; 267,25 HRK (prices per day/person)
accomodation in Single room; 360,42 HRK (pric es per day/person)

Dinner extra 70,00 HRK. During the reservation say that you need dinner.

Taxes 5,50 HRK (per day/person) 1 EUR @ 7.35 HRK

We advice you to check the prices for accomodation and other sevices during the reservation procedure in Solaris Holiday Resort . The prices will be the same for the weekend before the conference. During the reservation say that you are conference participant Održavanje 2007!

for exhibitors: May 14.05..2007, from 18:00 hours, at Congress center in hotel "Ivan",

for participants: May 15.05.2007, at 08,00 - 10,00 a.m.

For valid registration it is necessary to fill in application form and to pay the conference fee (if the payment will be done in advance, a copy of invoice or bank transfer order must be presented at registration desk )
